Level A2
Becoming more familiar with German
Goethe certificate A2 is a German exam which requires basic language skills (e.g. A1). It confirms advanced basic language skills on the second level (A2) of the six-level competency scale of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
In our courses you will build up advanced basic knowledge of the German language and will be able to understand and use sentences and frequently used expressions in everyday situations when communicating and exchanging information about your own background and education, immediate surroundings and things related to immediate needs.
Goethe certificate A2 is best if you prepare to study and live Germany.

What you will learn on level A2.1
In our course A2.1 you will continue to build upon your foundational knowledge and skills in German. You will expand your vocabulary, learn more complex grammar structures, and develop your ability to communicate in various everyday situations. At this level, you can express yourself in simple terms, engage in short conversations, and understand basic texts.

What you will learn on level A2.2
Our course A2.2 will further enhance your knowledge and skills in German. You will learn more vocabulary and grammatical concepts, enabling you to communicate in a wider range of situations. At this level, you can engage in longer conversations, understand more detailed texts, and express your opinions on familiar topics.

What you will learn on level A2.3
A2.3 represents the advanced stage of the A2 language level. At this level, you will expand your proficiency in German and become more confident in your language abilities. You will acquire a broader range of vocabulary and grammatical structures, allowing you to communicate more effectively in different contexts. At A2.3, you can comprehend and produce more complex texts, engage in discussions, and express yourself with greater fluency.
